SUPPLY OF INFORMATION

Not less than 30 days prior to arrival, the Client shall provide ADARO TOURS with the following information:
Final rooming list
Group itinerary with arrival and departure times
Details of special requests

DEPOSIT/PAYMENT POLICY

A 10% deposit of the total estimated value of the booking together with the return of the signed Contract is required to confirm a booking 30 days after the Contract is received.

A further 40% deposit of the total estimated value of the booking must reach ADARO TOURS no later than 60 days prior to arrival.

Full pre-payment or 100% of the total estimated value of the booking

must reach ADARO TOURS no later than 30 days prior to arrival

Any outstanding balance on the account (less all payments already received) will be payable by the Client on the date of departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Up to and including 180 days prior to arrival the ADARO TOURS withholds the right to retain the 10% deposit.

60 Days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 50% will be payable.

30 Days prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 100% will be payable.

REDUCTIONS/SHORTFALL POLICY

In the event of any reduction/shortfall as per the signed contract, ADARO TOURS reserves the right to charge the Client for compensation for any seats/spaces/rooms not resold.

OPTION DATE AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Should another group indicate that they are in position to book this space on a definite basis, and upon ADARO TOURS informing the Client of this fact. The Client will have 72 hours to exercise its option to convert this space to definite, or this space will revert to a second option basis. If the decision is made to accept Adaro TOURS bid, the acknowledgement copy of this agreement shall be signed by authorized signatories of both parties, and returned to Adaro TOURS by the option date.

INDEMNITY

While every endeavor is made to ensure the clients safety and pleasant travel arrangements, ADARO TOURS will not be held liable for:
Any loss or damage to property
Injury or loss of life to any person; while participating on services rendered by

ADARO TOURS

Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.
Although every effort to maintain the itenary schedule the itenary may change through weather and natural causes beyond ADARO TOURS control.
